Oral Presentation Session

1. Oral presentations have a total of 20 minutes, including questions and answers.

2. Please bring your powerpoint presentation on a USB flash drive. We will provide a computer, but you have the option of using your computer.

 

Poster Session

1. The posters must be set up by 10:30 Monday so that attendees can visit them during breaks as well.

2. Poster presenters will be requrest to stand by their posters from 16:15 to 17:30 for discussion and questions.

3. A total of 4 feet wide and 6 feet tall space will be given for a poster. Thumb tacks will be supplied to attach your poster.
